I believe it's much better to work with the customer instead of just for them.
I come out to look over the job site, talk about different design and layout ideas if you like, take measurements, etc.
After you decide exactly what fencing style and design you want, I then give you the traditional free estimate. But my estimate is different. It's a 2-part estimate: Material List, and Labor. I provide you with an exact, fully itemized with cost, material list. I purchase the materials, arrange delivery to the job site and make sure they are neatly unloaded. I provide you with the receipt(s) for the materials and you write a check for that exact amount! I don't believe in making a secret profit from materials. I also provide you with an exact Labor Only estimate!
Both the Material List and the Labor Estimate are very, very precise! This is why we almost never go over budget.
When we begin a new project, first we tear down and remove the old fence if necessary.
Then we really get down to the hard business of building your project, the installation as many call it, which is my favorite part! I find it very enjoyable to build these projects to such a high standard, that after the last bit of sawdust is swept up, I can step back and honestly admire what a strong and beautiful creation our hands just constructed!
